What materials do you use?
All our pieces are made with premium cotton and acrylic yarns, chosen for durability, softness, and long-lasting color. Product-specific material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my crochet item?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or tumble drying, as this can distort the shape and damage the stitches. Ironing is not recommended.
How long does an order take to make?
Every piece is made to order rather than kept in stock, so please allow time for us to craft yours by hand. Typical production time is noted on each product page (usually 1–2 weeks); more detailed or fully custom pieces may take longer — we'll always confirm an estimated completion date when we confirm your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Finland. See our Shipping page for estimated delivery times and rates by region.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once production has started on a custom item, we may not be able to modify or cancel it — see our Returns page for details.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
