Terms & Conditions
Who You're Buying From
KASIHA is operated by an individual sole trader based in Tampere, Finland, reachable at kasihandcraft@proton.me. We currently sell as a private individual and are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices — the price shown is the final price you pay.
Our Products
Every KASIHA piece is handmade to order rather than kept in stock. Small variations in colour, size, and texture are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects. Production time is shown on each product page and may vary by design.
Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the item(s) at the price shown. We will confirm receipt of your order; a contract is formed once we confirm the order and it is accepted.
Payment
At this time, orders are confirmed manually and we will contact you with payment instructions after you place your order. We will update this page once an automated online payment option is available.
Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and shown at checkout before you place your order. See our Shipping page for estimated delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer ordering from the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom portrait dolls or other made-to-order pieces created specifically for you. See our Returns page for full details and how to request a withdrawal or return.
Legal Guarantee
All products come with the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law, in addition to any rights described on our Returns page. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at kasihandcraft@proton.me so we can try to resolve it directly. If we can't resolve it together, EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
