Shipping Information
Processing Time
Every item is made to order rather than shipped from stock, so please allow time for us to craft yours by hand before it ships. Typical production time is shown on each product page; fully custom orders are confirmed individually. Once your piece is ready, we pack it carefully and ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Within Finland
Orders are shipped via Posti and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping to the EU
Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery outside the EU typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat rate based on destination: 5.90€ within Finland, 12.90€ within the rest of the EU, and 19.90€ for international orders outside the EU. The exact cost is shown at checkout once you select your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's journey.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While rare, delays can occasionally happen with postal carriers, especially for international shipments. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
